CAN I VISIT YOUR STORE?
Unfortunately, we are operating online only at the moment. Hopefully we will run some pop ups soon.
Ordering
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
It's possible for you to make changes in your order until we hand it over til the carrier service. You'll get an email as soon as the order is completed. After this you can't make any changes. Therefore, please take care when reviewing your order and get in touch with us as soon as possible if you need to amend your order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order from in8te once it is completed. You can return your order once it is recieved if not happy.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS SUCCESSFUL?
You'll receive an order confirmation on your email right after payment. Furthermore you'll receive an email when the order is completed and handed over to the carrier service. Now your parcel is on its way. Make sure to check your junk mail.
Delivery
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
This first batch of 250 race kits have just been ordered 1 week ago, we are pushing our suppliers to deliver before the World Championships in June, but it may take until July. This is all hand made in portugal, with every panel designed and stitched for your performance - it takes time. After the pre-sale, we will have ongoing stock.
Returns
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM I PURCHASED?
Can I return a pre-sale item?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused and in original packaging.
Are any items non-returnable?
Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for returns.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
What if my item is faulty or damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
Warranty & Claims
MY ITEM IS FAULTY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
On the off chance that one of our products has a fault please contact us at ryan@racein8te.com and include some images to document the issue. We will determine how we may best solve the claim with either a replacement or a refund if the items)
