The Schedule

Weeks 1-3: Foundation

Establish aerobic base, running volume, and station mechanics at sub-race weight. Identify weaknesses early.

Weeks 4-7: Build Phase

Race-weight stations. Compromised running. Sled, ski erg, and wall ball specificity. Threshold intervals

Weeks 8-10: Race Simulation

Full race-format rehearsals. Pacing strategy locked. Heart rate discipline under fatigue.

Weeks 11-12: Taper & Sharpen

Volume drops, intensity stays. Arrive race-day fresh, sharp, and ready to go under the hour.

The Coach

Chris Baynes

One of the most respected performance coaches in HYROX globally.

Chris works with elite and high-performance amateur athletes to unlock times most people don't think are possible.

He has reviewed your training history.

He believes 59:59 is on the table.

The Kit

We didn't just stick a logo on generic sportswear.

We designed our kit from the ground up specifically for fitness racing.

Ultra lightweight materials to keep you cool as your heart rate spikes.

Raised hem on the shorts for deeper squats on the wall balls and fewer no-reps.

Dry Zone panelling so you can skip the chalk station, gaining seconds every race.

A grip panel on the back of our tees and tanks that locks the sandbag to your back.

Every inch of our kit has been designed with race day in mind.

Engineered to claw back the seconds that matter to land the sub-60 time.
